a) Before packing, unnecessary items, files etc. that you don’t need in your new office are removed
b) Glassware or breakable items are wrapped with paper towels or news print to prevent breakage and packed in security cartons.
c) Small items such as pencils, pens, scissors, paper clips, erasers, rubber bands etc. are placed in sealed envelopes which are then packed in cartons.
d) File cabinets are locked and sequentially numbered.
e) Electronic and computer equipment are packed according to their individual specifications.
